Yes. The configurator allows you to see your design as you configure it, so you can explore different dimensions and options before submitting your order.
Also there are AR (Augmented reality) option where you can fit the design on your wall before the purchase.

No. Natural wood has variations in grain, colour and texture. These differences are part of the character of real wood and mean that every wall is unique.
Yes. We recommend ordering samples if you are unsure about the material or finish, especially for larger projects.
Yes. Raw MDF can be painted to achieve your desired colour and finish.
Or just order it already painted. We accept every RAL code color.

Wavyslats Standard: Yes, just choose your design + finish and order!
Wavyslats Custom:
You can configure your wall online and submit your configuration through the website.
Our team will review the configuration and confirm the details with you before production.
The price depends on your selected design, dimensions, material, finish and configuration.
The configurator calculates the price based on the options you select.
Delivery is calculated separately based on your delivery location.
The shipping cost will be provided based on your address and the size and weight of your order.
No. WavySlats is supplied without installation.
We have designed the system to make installation as straightforward as possible, and installation instructions are provided with your order.
Yes.
WavySlats is designed with straightforward installation in mind. However, for larger or more complex installations, we recommend using an experienced professional.
Production & Delivery
Wavyslats are made in Latvia, Madona, in our own production facility.
Each wall is produced according to the configuration submitted by the customer.
We are doing every part of the process at our factory.
Production time depends on the design, dimensions, material and current production schedule.
After your configuration is confirmed, we will provide you with an estimated production time.
Overall we are fast - it takes 2-3 weeks and the rest is shipping.
Your wall is carefully packaged and secured for transportation.
Larger orders are shipped on pallets to help protect the product during transport.
Yes. We ship Wavyslats across Europe.
Delivery costs depend on the destination and the size of your order.
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, we will provide the relevant delivery and tracking information.
Contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the packaging and the damaged product.
We will review the situation with you and help resolve the issue.
Installation
Typical installations require standard tools such as a screwdriver and level.
Detailed installation instructions are provided with your order.
We have made the installation process as easy as a simple puzzle.

The system is designed to make installation accessible, but we recommend professional installation for larger, more complex walls or commercial projects.
WavySlats can be installed on most standard interior wall surfaces.
The appropriate installation method depends on the wall construction and condition. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering.
Yes.
Wavyslats can be used as a TV feature wall. When planning your configuration, we recommend considering the position of the TV, cables, sockets and any wall-mounted equipment.

Care & Maintenance
Use a soft, dry cloth or a suitable wood-safe cleaning method depending on the selected material and finish.
Avoid excessive moisture and abrasive cleaning products.
Natural wood can change slightly with exposure to light and age. This is a natural characteristic of real wood and contributes to its appearance over time.Same for veneered products, because we use natural veneer.

Returns & Custom Orders
Because Wavyslats are manufactured specifically according to the customer's configuration, customized products may not be eligible for return.
Please contact us before ordering if you have any questions about your specific project.
If production has not yet started, contact us as soon as possible and we will see whether changes can still be made.
Once manufacturing has started, changes may no longer be possible.
We receive your configuration together with your contact details and project information.
We then review the specifications and confirm the next steps with you before production.
